The course will be a mix of clinical, inter-personal, and business skills necessary to create and enjoy an aesthetically based dental practice. It will be interactive, with the hope that attendees will discuss the challenges they face in their practices.

We will also have a representative from Jason Kim Lab (Marcello Allegra) to speak to the dentist/laboratory relationship.

Upon completion of this course, participants should be able to:

  • Improve their initial appointment with a new patient to create both a relationship as well as a “wow’ factor.
  • Realize the diagnostic and technical skills needed, and help to create a pathway to achieve these.
  • Understand the concept of creating trust and value with our patients.
  • Learn how to interact with your lab to achieve the best results properly.
  • Create a template for the initial patient appointment, examination, and treatment plan.
